A strength training program designed specifically for older adults followed by Tai Chi. You may sit or stand, depending upon your physical ability. The program follows the guidelines of the Presidential Fitness Award. Participants with health problems should have their doctor's approval.

This quarter, the first hour will be beginner's and traveler's hour. We will be learning the words in French that will help us travel in France (for example: the first class will be how to greet people, how to find your bags and how to find where you are staying). You will be given a written dialog with pronunciation guides to take with you. The second hour will be continuing with the more advanced exercises from the on-going class.
